Key Responsibilities Evaluate company performance and generate reports to assist with goal setting and growth strategies Develop and implement operations and production plans to meet company goals Managing daily operations across departments Establish company policies in compliance with laws and regulations Overall accountability for Health & Safety Support finances, monitor budgets and oversee financial reports Create financial strategies to improve revenue and profit margins Allocate resources efficiently for supply chain and delivery management Implement strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity Reviewing operations to identify growth and development opportunities Negotiate purchase prices and project bids Identifying opportunities to expand business through mergers, partnerships and new markets Negotiating with suppliers and contractors Monitor project progress and report to executives Oversee all energy solutions operations and projects Non-exhaustive list Requirements Strong interest in environmentally-driven, mission-first business Expertise in commercial renewables Senior-level experience in operations, with a focus on construction, renewable energy, and project delivery Proven experience leading a high-growth company Strong financial reporting and data analysis skills Collaborative leadership abilities Benefits Competitive salary, starting between£50- £70k p/a with bonus Investor Director considered Hybrid Role, office based in Carlisle Cumbria (looking to have second office on M62 corridor) Full-time or Part-time Company car or mileage allowance Ongoing professional development Opportunity to work in high-growth business Team focused environment
