WHAT YOU WILL DO The Territory Account Manager role at STERIS is predominantly responsible for driving revenue and margin growth within an assigned territory of the EMEA sales region for STERIS AST, by developing the understanding and managing of customer relationships and marketplace dynamics within Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Manufacturers - setting the stage for selling STERIS AST value. The role involves negotiating with customers’ procurement, executive, and legal teams to secure long-term agreements for complex technical products across regional supply chains through cross functional and collaborative working with Marketing, Operations, and Quality ensuring a high level of customer focus and assisting to understand and exceed their customer’s expectations. Additionally, the Territory Account Manager is responsible for setting and executing strategic goals for their assigned territory Education Degree • Bachelors Degree Required Experience • Experience selling complex technical products and/or services • Experience negotiating and securing long term, strategic agreements. • A demonstrable history of outperforming sales targets; recognized and awarded for results. • Highly effective communication and presentation skills • Cross functional leadership skills • Highly analytical and data driven decision making, utilizing Excel and CRM tools for Organization • Influencing and critical decision making skills
