Position
Your role as Breakfast Chef:
* Prepare, cook and present perfect food in accordance with company standards, therefore exceeding guest satisfaction at every eating occasion.
* Take PRIDE in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
* Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
* Adhere accurately and consistently to portion controls.
* Carry out stock rotation to ensure all food items are within their shelf life, including maintaining correct storage conditions.
* Ensure the kitchen operation is maintained to the highest standards with regards to cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
* Prepared to work early AM with a minimum of 6 months chef experience.
* Ability to work on your own initiative.
* Desire to learn, improve, and train from those around you.
* A proud individual who always strives to deliver their best.
* Passion for fresh food.
