Best Companies have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join the team based in Llay, Wrexham. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum plus benefits. Our offices are located between Chester and Wrexham and is easily commutable (by car) from the Wirral, North Wales and Cheshire. About the role: As an Operations Assistant, you are driven to support a first-class user experience, facilitating a process that delivers value, in a timely manner, to our Insight clients. You will be responsible for curating accurate and clean presentations, adopting a tailored approach, to ensure we present client data in the most valuable way. You have a ‘can do’ attitude and are energised by our Best Companies business and mission, to help make the world a better workplace. You’re passionate about data and have an inquisitive mind. Strong data handling and analytical skills are required to identify stories and trends within the data and draw upon these to provide leadership teams with key insight, in the most meaningful presentations. You have excellent organisation skills, work well under pressure, and enjoy the fact that no two days are the same. You actively identify areas of improvement to enhance the way we collate and present data. You are passionate about creating efficiencies and ensuring our product is continuously evolving. You’re flexible and can undertake any activity with accuracy and in a timely manner. Responsibilities as our Operations Assistant: •Assist senior members of the organisation compile accurate and insightful presentations, to empower our clients and meet their job to be done. •Facilitation of the tactical activities across the Insights team. •Listen to client recordings and action any points in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring collaboration and knowledge sharing across the department, where relevant. •Proactively work with our teams, to ensure we continue to add value to the client journey, with dynamic added value content campaigns, or related activities. •Provide timely and accurate feedback to address any issues in a reasonable and considered manner, to the relevant Manager. •Proactively identify opportunities to evolve the Insight product, ensuring its continuous improvement and relevance in the post covid world. •Maintain the upkeep of processes and systems to effectively assist other members of the team. •Take responsibility in having a strong level of understanding of Best Companies, including our history, our methodology and our systems and products •Set an example of excellence in your data presentations by keeping ahead of new development across the Microsoft suite of packages, particularly PowerPoint. •Be committed to your professional development and proactively seek ways to stay informed on employee engagement and other personal development areas. •Assist in managing the diary of the CEO in relation to Data Insight meetings, maximizing the CEO’s time as efficiently as possible. •Support clients or internal teammates with any related activity. •Handle and process any personal data in a lawful, transparent and confidential manner Skills and traits we’re looking for in our Operations Assistant: •Acute attention to detail to ensure 100% error free presentations. •Strong analytical skills, identifying trends in the data comes naturally to you. •Self- motivated and take responsibility to manage a demanding workload and deadlines. •Thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment, that rewards hard work and self motivation. •A confident professional who is curious to learn and adaptable to change with evolving requirements. •An empathetic communicator and relationship builder. •Proactive - you are a self-starter that's always looking to tackle new challenges. •Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite PowerPoint, Excel & Word. •Confident and capable creating presentations which are client facing using PowerPoint. •Commercially aware, with a keen interest in the political, economical, societal, technological forces in the working world.
