Job summary Support Worker - Wansbeck Supported Living Service, Hatfield Chase, Bedlington. Wansbeck Supported Living Service, supports individuals with learning disabilities and personality disorders who may display behaviours of concern, to help them live in their own homes, living a life that they choose. We are a CQC registered service who strive to achieve an overall outstanding. We provide a 24/7 service to support individuals in a person-centred way with all aspects of their lives, from personal care, dietary needs, domestic tasks, fun and exciting activities, community access and staying connected with family and friends, promoting a high quality of life for all. Ifthisis you, then we want to hear from you Main duties of the job The successful candidate should have experience in a care setting, desirably with people with a learning disability and who may display behaviours of concern and should be flexible to the needs of the service and service users. This is a full time 37 hour, permanent position. You will work off a monthly rolling rota which will include a mix of early shifts, late shifts and night shifts. NCC Band 4 salary - £25,584 - £27,269 (£13.26 per hour). Pay Enhancements are given for Night shifts/weekend work.
