Pure are delighted to be working exclusively with a great organisation in Chelmsford looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their finance team.This is a fully office based role in a lovely working environment. This role will be 9-5pm with an hour for lunch and free parking.Job SpecificationYou will report into the Finance Manager:
* Sales ledger invoicing
* Raising credit notes
* Posting sale return orders
* Helping with purchase ledger invoicing in busy periods
* Daily cash posting for receipts
* Monthly bank reconciliation
* Petty cash
* Adhoc support to the credit control team
Requirements
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Time management
* Some experience with data processing
* Experience using an accountancy package would be advantageous
* Good excel experience and knowledge – VLOOKUP’s, Pivot tables, formulas also advantageous
