We are now looking for a customer-oriented Offering Manager to Modernization in Commercial & Operations unit. Modernization Offering Manager is responsible for long-term offering competitiveness and the offering management activities in modernization offering team. The offering manager owns the offering specification, target markets, product features, costs, development and offering level P&L. S/he works closely with R&D, Operations, Supply line, Sales and Areas converting offering needs to business case and competitive offering. S/he supports the successful deployment of new offerings to secure the benefit realization and customer success. This role reports to the Head of Modernization Offering. The preferred location of the position is Espoo, Finland or flexible location on one of the KONE frontlines. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders, convert offering needs to business case and competitive offering: Drive the product and solution development needs and roadmap based on customer needs from the markets. Communicate the agreed and aligned offering and development priorities to R&D counterparts as well as continuously cooperate with KONE Supply Chain and operations. Ensure governance and alignment with R&D, including implementation, ramp-up and ramp-down of products and new releases. Represent global modernization offering team on tribes and acts as business owner on projects. Owns the offering specification, target markets, product features, costs, development and offering level P&L: Define, track, and take corrective action based on the full-chain business results and KPIs. Is knowledgeable of the portfolio volumes and what options are selling, to be able to manage the development focus of the portfolio. Defines the basic value and differentiation that KONE solutions provide to our customers. Follows industry development and competitor offering development. Follow up and drives favorable cost development of the offering. Supports the successful deployment of new offerings to secure the benefit realization and customer success: Follows up the pilots to ensure knowledge transfer from project to operations. Ensures offering (product, supporting information, customer value) readiness to roll out. Support Offering Deployment manager on front line deployments. Requirements For The Role Technical university level degree 5-10 years' experience of the industry, development or field operations. Solid knowledge of offering management principles and methodology Understanding of competitor landscape, industry technology and modernization activities Understanding full-chain business related KPIs and success factors Customer lifecycle understanding and capability to argument customer value Ability to independent driving for results on matrix organization Defining business case, plan with timelines and deliver plan Project management and business analytics experience Capability to support technical sales Fluent English language skills Solid presentation and communication skills and experience on presenting on LT level.
