Business to Business Manager (Norwich)
We’re looking for an experienced self-sufficient Business to Business Manager to work from our Norwich site.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
* Researching and identifying new business opportunities; including new markets, clients, and partnerships.
* Developing relationships with new clients, finding their needs, and presenting solutions to their requirements.
* Creating and managing a robust sales pipeline including short, medium & long-term orders, securing sales, and closing deals.
* Generating leads through maintaining high levels of outbound telephone and email activity, along with face-to-face prospecting to target key decision makers.
* Achieving activity KPIs gathering new information, contact details & setting up face-to-face or virtual appointments.
About you
You will have:
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial vehicle sales.
* A track record in achieving or exceeding KPI’s and sales targets.
* Thorough knowledge of finance packages.
* Fantastic listening skills to understand customer requirements and needs.
* Knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to qualify customer needs fully and accurately.
* A passion to learn and develop product knowledge.
* A full UK driving licence (no more than six points).
* A highly professional manner.
You’ll be proactive, results-driven, and keen to maximise every opportunity. You’ll be confident, enthusiastic, keen to learn, willing to work hard, and be great at customer service. You will be comfortable speaking to fleet customers from all walks of life, prospecting both on the telephone and face-to-face, and will be willing to travel to clients' premises, along with attending networking events. In time, you will have the opportunity to help create a new Operations Centre, where you can build and create your own team!
You will be polite, articulate, and exceptionally well presented, able to meet and always exceed brand standards. You will be used to following a process and will be happy to embrace all training provided for you to allow you to succeed in your role.
You should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Norwich and have a full driving licence which has no more than 6 penalty points.
Remuneration
We provide a basic salary of £30,000 PA with a company car provided. Realistic OTE of £50,000 but this is uncapped.
With 6 sites, 5 of which are multi-brand, we cover approximately 40% of the commercial vehicle market share as we represent Isuzu, Renault, Fiat, Peugeot, and Citroen. The current working pattern is Monday-Friday (Saturdays by appointment).
