Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, creative, and client focussed Residential Night Support Worker with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly team in Bradford. This role is a permanent full time role working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £27,126 per annum.
Box Tree Independent Approved Premises is primarily for offenders who have been released on licence through the criminal justice sector, and who require a high level of supervision.
We play a crucial role in supporting the management of offenders in their transition from custody into the community, to achieve successful resettlement. We assist with the well-being and supervision of Approved Premises residents, helping them to adhere to their license conditions and supporting them to keep themselves and others safe. We regularly carry out inspections, monitor behaviour and positively engage with residents, working closely with colleagues and in partnership with organisations across the criminal justice sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Working through the night as part of a team providing support at all times and enforcement of rules when necessary to clients residing at the IAP.
* Monitor and encourage compliance, door duties, guide, advise and supervise Clients, whilst ensuring that public protection is at the very core of all work carried out.
* Modelling pro-social behaviour and attitudes, helping to create and maintain a positive culture of respect in all work with both clients and colleagues.
* Actively engaging with clients and providing opportunities to do so including preparation of supper and breakfast.
* Contributing to delivery of the sentence plan in conjunction with colleagues in probation, the police and other external agencies.
