You will be selling both temporary and permanent recruitment services, and working closely with clients in the fast-paced aviation sector. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity for some travel to UK airports for client meetings and recruitment events.Key Responsibilities:• Lead & Manage: Oversee a team of recruitment consultants, offering guidance and coaching to help them thrive.• Client Relationships: Manage client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.• Business Development: Proactively generate new business through networking, telesales, and social media outreach.• Recruitment Expertise: Match candidates to vacancies, delivering top talent for airport and non-airport roles.What We’re Looking For:• Leadership Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a Team Leader role, with a proven ability to manage and develop recruitment teams.• Proven Success: Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a strong track record of delivering either permanent or temporary recruitment solutions.• Business Acumen: A knack for generating leads, networking, and driving new business opportunities.• Target-Driven: Comfortable working towards financial targets and managing client accounts.• Full UK Driving License: Must have a clean, manual driving license with at least 12 months of experience.• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.About Aviation Recruitment Network:Aviation Recruitment Network Ltd specializes in providing security-cleared personnel to the UK commercial aviation industry.
