The Field Engineer II is part of the Global Scientific and Laboratory Services (SLS) Knowledge Management organization, and their responsibilities would include being the subject matter expert (SME), presenting, assisting in the implementation, and troubleshooting software and automation interface solutions for our customers. This position is will be fully remote with occasional travel to customer sites. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
1. You will innovate and resolve customer issues related to software and automation integration of our instruments with the customer network as part of validation, installation and qualification service offering, primarily through phone or email. These interactions will be managed and logged in a fast paced environment using (SFDC) to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution.
2. Your deep understanding of software and market standard automation interfaces will be applied to generate documentation for sharing best practices and development of software and automation protocols for deployment in a pharmaceutical GMP facility.
3. As a problem solver with project management skills and tactical mindset, you will proactively lead internal and/or external customer communications and collaboration with cross functional teams (supplier, R&D, PE, Marketing/Product management, SLS MSAT)
4. You will report valuable feedback to resolve issues, define a roadmap, set, track and achieve performance objectives. You will utilize SFDC dashboards and other platforms to monitor progress, identify gaps, and implement strategies for success.
