The service is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable 37 hour per week Senior Support Worker to join the team. The successful candidate will have or be able to develop the following skills:
Deliver high quality and person-centred support.
Maintain service-user records.
Plan and coordinate suitable seasonal activities according to service-user’s interests and abilities.
Experience and knowledge of gardening/horticulture.
Experience of working with adults with additional needs.
Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to take the initiative and work without direct supervision.

The service operates from 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday and you will be required to work in various locations. Therefore, a flexible approach is a requirement.
