Job Title: HR Officer
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
Working arrangement: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
*Provide support and advice to employees and management on HR policies and procedures.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
*Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
*Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
*Handle employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
*Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and objectives.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an HR role.
*Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
*CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
