Purchase Ledger Assistant (Utilities)
Reporting to: Assistant Management Accountant
Broad purpose of the post:
Our Finance team is growing, and we are looking for a Purchase Ledger Assistant (Utilities) to come on board. As an organised and self-motivated person who has a structured approach to your work, you will be an integral part of the purchase ledger and utilities team, making sure that all processing, payments and reconciliations are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
You will have excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills, and a positive and innovative approach to problem solving will be key. You will be the first point of contact for our utility suppliers so will need to demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
Salary: £29,100.75 per annum
Contract: Full time, fixed term 12 months

Note: This role requires hybrid working in Caerphilly, South Wales and subject to a conditional offer you must be able to provide proof of entitlement to work within the UK.
