Working hours: 35 hour week with flexible working hours - 8am - 4pm/ 9am - 5pm/ 10am - 6pm

Our client based in Glasgow City Centre is looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their busy office. A minimum of one year’s Property Management experience is required. Please read below to find out more. Factoring experience is essential for this role, and applicants without factoring experience will not be considered.
Our client prides themselves on teamwork. Their teamwork approach means that repairs, proposed works, inspections, contract management, insurance, and general enquiries are addressed by dedicated teams. This allows our Property Managers and Senior Property Managers to be proactive in their approach, enabling more face-to-face interaction with clients and contractors on site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivering a professional factoring service to all clients by maintaining strong relationships with clients.
2. Meeting owners in the office and on-site and conducting formal meetings as required.
3. Ensuring that services and repairs are being met.
4. Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day queries.
5. Responding professionally to emails and telephone enquiries.
6. Carrying out regular visits to developments to ensure that client expectations are ongoing.
7. Managing all connected administration - communicating effectively via email, letter, and phone calls.
About The Person And Essential Skills For The Job
1. Minimum one year experience as a Senior Property Manager.
2. Experience in factoring.
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Problem-solving skills.
5. Organizational skills.
6. Full UK Drivers Licence (pool cars are available).
