Basic salary of £26,000 with OTE of £30,000, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, single health care, 23 days holiday, plus bank holidays, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.

If you’re a confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for cars, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Vehicle Buying Assistant. You’ll be the key point of contact for customers looking to sell their vehicles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish. Full training will be provided, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Your Journey as a Vehicle Buying Assistant:
* Provide a hassle-free and professional experience whilst guiding and assisting customers through the process and converting appointments into purchases, generating positive new leads through prospecting.
* You’ll be comfortable engaging with our customers both via email and phone and thrive in a target-driven environment that rewards your success with a potential to earn more!
* Conduct thorough vehicle appraisals using BCA PRO and dealer evaluation tools to gain the best price for our customers.
* Accurately maintain customer records, handle purchase documentation—including invoicing and payment packs—and complete administrative duties to ensure vehicles are processed into stock correctly using our DMS (Dealership Management System) Pinnacle.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and ensure a smooth vehicle acquisition process.
