We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Arborist Representative (Sales Manager) and the crew based at the office in Writtle, Essex. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, working 1 day per week (Wednesday).

Responsibilities
The key duties of the Administrative Assistant are:
* Providing administrative support including email management, answering phone via Teams, and uploading documents to in-house systems
* Dealing with various financial procedures – invoicing, billing, reconciliation, purchasing, taking credit card payments, credit notes, reconciliation, entering data, and aged debtors
* Updating social media
* Office management duties
The job role is very varied and would suit someone who is a team player, proactive, and forward-thinking. Applicants will need to be organised, able to work independently, and have the ability to multi-task. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Applicants must have proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and the ability to work with our company’s in-house computer systems (full training given).
Hours: Office based – 1 day per week (Wednesday) - 8.30am – 5pm - fixed-term contract for 12 months
