Position Overview As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the operational running of the Service Management Office (SMO) based in Cardiff. In this position you will have an important role in transforming raw data into valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making across our Unified Communications services. You will also play an important role in identifying trends, forecasting outcomes and ensuring the company's strategic objectives are met. Responsibilities Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Translating stakeholder requirements into impactful reporting deliverables Taking ownership of creating dashboards and generating reports Participating in evaluating innovative technologies to enhance data storage and usage Conducting thorough data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve data issues Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency Upholding high data quality standards by overseeing new data inputs and conducting regular audits Ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of data through robust governance policies Qualifications & Experience The right candidate for this role will have past professional experience working with Power BI. The budgeted salary for this role is up to £35,000 a year, depending on experience. Please note you need to be eligible to undergo the UK security clearance (SC) process to be considered for this role. For this reason you will need to be a British national with 5 years residency in the UK. Hybrid Working This hybrid role, with a remote-first emphasis, necessitates being in the office or at a client site for 4 days each month.
