We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Property Development Solicitor to join our client's supportive and hardworking Development & House Building Team. This role offers the opportunity to assist fee earners on transactional matters and work collaboratively on a variety of development-related transactions.
You will work alongside and support senior fee earners by drafting option agreements, deeds, and contracts, undertaking due diligence, and preparing reports. Your role will involve assisting with acquisitions and disposals of development land, plot sales, planning, and construction matters. You will also support secured acquisition and development finance transactions and contribute to processes and documents for plot sales. Effective communication with team members, clients, and third parties involved in transactions is essential.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in development transactions. Alternatively, good quality experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing or plot sales will be considered. Strong drafting skills, verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to break down complex tasks into manageable components.
