As our Learning Mentor, you will provide students with a high level of mentoring support – providing them with the support and guidance to enable them to achieve their programme of study and transition pathways. You will motivate our learners and monitor their progress and play a key role in their student journey. Our Learning Mentor will be a confident, enthusiastic communicator and have experience of working with and supporting a diverse range of young people. You will be passionate about inspiring and motivating our learners to help them progress in education and be successful post 16.
