We have an exciting opportunity available for a Holiday Advisor to join our team full-time, working 37.5 hours per week. Shifts are either 8:30am-4:30pm or 10am-6pm, including one Saturday per month and occasional Bank Holidays. Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service & Sales: Provide a positive experience to every customer. Handle bookings, payments, cancellations, amendments, and guest queries via calls, emails, and live chat. Use product knowledge to upsell premium options and bundles. Represent the team in trade huddles and manage non-website bookings like Tesco vouchers or group reservations. Coordinate with third-party suppliers to arrange guest activities.
* Complaints & Crisis Management: Manage customer service complaints, verbally and written, by following set guidelines and making informed decisions to determine suitable compensation and escalating where appropriate. Assist with operational requests, manage cabin moves, and handle cancellations.
* Administration and Team: Manage all customer data in-line with GDPR and legal guidelines. Work closely with brand, operations, and finance teams, meeting SLA’s and KPI’s for all core responsibilities. Support the running of the Support Centre office.
