Planning Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Essex, £45,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Planning Solicitor looking to join an impressive team in Essex. JOB REF: 8044.
Responsibilities:
1. You will work as part of a specialist team assisting the firm’s wide variety of clients and professional referrers in relation to all areas of planning law.
2. This impressive team acts for Developers, Landowners, Local Planning Authorities, and Individuals.
3. You will be responsible for a varied planning caseload, to include s106 planning obligations for both small and large residential and commercial developments, s38, s272, and s104 infrastructure agreements.
4. You will build strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base and play a key role in helping expand our professional network, promoting and marketing the team.
5. You will be self-motivated and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage your own workload.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Applications are sought from Planning Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE gained with another leading law firm.
2. You will have had exposure to Planning Law, potentially having a background working in Local Government or private practice, and have a keen interest in developing a specialism within Planning Law.
