Gong Cha is one of the fastest-growing international bubble tea brands and is ranked #1 in the Tea category on Entrepreneur’s prestigious Franchise 500 list (2022). The company has tripled over the past three years, and today has 2,200 stores across 25 countries. This will be the FIRST store in Northern Ireland.
As the Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the manager to implement various initiatives focused on Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) as well as hygiene management.
You will be the person in charge when the manager is not in the store and lead the team in executing the day with sufficient stock levels along with allocating tasks.
As a leader, you will nurture talent and engage your team, empowering them to reach their full potential both individually and collectively. Your dynamic approach will inspire others and position you as a brand ambassador committed to achieving results through teamwork.
This role is a permanent, full-time position based in Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness and hygiene management; ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
2. Guest Experience Management: Create an in-store experience that significantly enhances guest satisfaction.
3. Core Values: Embed Gong Cha’s values—Genuine, Respect, Empathy, Adventurous, and Teamwork—into all brand initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace.
4. Guests: Address all guests needs and promote a strong service culture to enhance positive Net Promoter Scores (NPS), while engaging with the local community to attract new guests. Foster an inviting environment that encourages guests to return repeatedly.

Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in leadership, preferably within the food and beverage industry or a global organisation.
