In this position with the Safeguarding Team, you'll provide emotional and practical support to vulnerable adults, help protect their rights, and work alongside others to ensure safe and effective outcomes. You'll also take part in team meetings, maintain clear and accurate records, and use your communication skills and professional judgement to support those at risk.
