An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Brand Manager to join our Irish Marketing team and lead a portfolio within the iconic Denny brand (£90m RSV). This is an exciting time for you to join the team as we build a new Comms campaign, Big Bet NPD, and an ambitious plan to expand our Physical Availability.
Proactively identifying ways to drive growth, owning the in-market results, and ensuring all initiatives are executed to a consistently high standard. Not only that, but youll support the Marketing Director on broader initiatives on the brand, play an active role in the Business Team, and partner with our agencies.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team through the annual Brand Plan; creating insight-led strategies and tactics, which address the biggest jobs to be done on the Brand
* Input into the annual Business Plan process; collaborating with the Marketing Director and/or Business Team to translate the prioritized tactics into a fully commercialized plan
* Build winning propositions within area of responsibility, which are rooted in consumer insight and deliver competitive advantage for our business
* Lead the execution of Innovation / Renovation projects within area of responsibility, and take ownership for tracking performance and recommending any necessary course-corrective action
* Lead the annual IMC process on the brand; galvanizing our agency partners behind the brief, building best-in-class activation plans, and partnering with the Marketing Manager to gear ourselves up to execute
* Lead the development of integrated activation plans within area of responsibility; ensuring they address the strategic Jobs To Be Done and are delivered to a high standard
* Take full ownership of the portfolio; ensuring Brand Positioning / Tone Of Voice are executed consistently and that in-year targets (Revenue, EBIT and Market Share) are achieved
* Proactively identify ways to drive performance of the portfolio even harder, whether that be through maximizing opportunities or minimizing risk; aligning the relevant stakeholders behind these
Skills & Experience
* Experience in FMCG organisations
* Experience of developing TTL Comms campaigns
* Experience of launching Big Bet Innovation/Renovation
* Experience of working in cross-functional teams
