Key Points:
* We require a dynamic Talent Manager to source the best Graduates and Teachers.
* This is a permanent full-time position, starting ASAP (office-based in Milton Keynes).
* You will need to be skilled in advert writing, using social media channels, networking, and building relationships with candidates.
* Fantastic basic salary (Circa £20,000) + Bonus per candidate placed.
* Monday to Friday hours, 8 am to 5 pm (office-based).

Job Description:
As a Talent Manager at JobsinED, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to join our growing network of teaching professionals. Your main objective will be to source high-achieving graduates and qualified teachers through various channels including social media platforms, networking, and referrals. You will conduct assessments, interviews, and screenings to ensure candidates align with our clients' needs and values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilise social media platforms and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
* Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for available roles.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and preferences.
* Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in any subject, but Human Resources, Marketing, and related fields are desirable.
* Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to confidently conduct interviews and assessments.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
* Results-driven with a passion for connecting talented individuals with rewarding opportunities.
