The Role: As a Client Success Account Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of established and new clients across EMEA, onboarding, driving retention, growth, and client satisfaction to meet sales targets. Reporting to the Head of Accounts for EMEA and as part of a small close-knit team, you'll be supported by cross functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Product and Delivery. What You'll Do: Drive growth in sales and retention within existing client accounts. Create upsell and cross-sell strategies leveraging our Daxtra products to meet / exceed monthly sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to support clients and ensure smooth service delivery. Maintain details of your accounts in Salesforce including renewal and upsell opportunities. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in B2B account management, retention, and growth in tech services or software – prefer HR Tech Ability to manage multiple accounts, including complex renewals. A team player with a hands-on approach and a track record of exceeding targets. Experience managing accounts throughout EMEA Additional languages are a plus, especially German
