SEN Tutor
Location: Nottinghamshire, Nottingham

Job Duties:
* Provide one-to-one tutoring for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities.
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students in achieving academic goals.
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure holistic support for students.
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in SEN teaching or tutoring.
* Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises in inclusive education.
* Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support diverse needs.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual student requirements.
* Additional training in specific SEN areas such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Dyslexia.
