The role in a nutshell
We are seeking a skilled and organised Data Support Assistant to join our Sales team. As a Data Support Assistant, you will play a vital role, collaborating with different teams to collect, input, and process data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of processes and data management.

* Collect, process and input data accurately and efficiently.
* Conduct web-based research and provide data insights to stakeholders.
* Research and analysis of the local planning landscape application to aid assessment of the BNG sector.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
* Assist in data cleanup initiatives and perform data cleansing activities.
* Generate reports and visualisations to communicate trends and patterns in data.
* Troubleshoot data-related issues and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
* Support the implementation and maintenance of data management processes and systems.
* Seek opportunities to enhance the data being collected through iterative process improvement.
Minimum Requirements
* Degree in a relevant field.
* Passion for biodiversity restoration and EB's wider objectives.
* Experience working with data, preferably in a data support or similar role.
* Knowledge of Local Planning Authority planning portals or planning applications would be advantageous.
* Proficiency in data entry and data management tools/software.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
* Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
