Role Title: Senior Pensions Administrator (Corporate)
Reports To: Team Manager (Corporate)
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: 35 per week

Purpose of Role
Provide administrative support to the corporate pensions team, ensuring high-quality service delivery to corporate clients while following compliance guidelines and internal procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform office duties, including answering calls, processing mail, scanning, and shredding documents.
* Accurately record time spent on client tasks in Coretime.
* Communicate with corporate clients, Trustees, scheme members, and third parties (e.g., insurers, regulators, auditors, actuaries, solicitors).
* Attend team meetings to discuss client matters and contribute to process improvements.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal administration procedures.
* Assist hybrid advisers in delivering high-quality administration services.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate client and scheme member records.
* Process contribution files, manage treasury functions, and handle pensioner payroll.
* Track and reconcile bank accounts and manage scheme cash flow.
* Arrange investments and disinvestments to maintain required balances.
* Calculate and communicate pension increases and member transactions per scheme rules and regulations.
* Prepare and issue relevant paperwork, benefit statements, and annual renewals.
* Maintain the member portal and respond to inquiries within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Develop and update scheme documentation, including Chair’s statements and investment principles.
* Keep the scheme calendar and business plan updated.
* Attend and professionally represent the company at client or trustee meetings.
* Prepare and distribute trustee meeting packs, including agendas, minutes, and reports.
* Review the work of junior team members and provide training on systems, procedures, and legislation.
* Complete scheme returns and liaise with HMRC, the Pensions Regulator, and the Office for National Statistics.
* Maintain pension administration systems (Pension Master/Intelligent Office) with accurate data.
Experience & Skills Required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant applications.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent attendance, punctuality, and organizational skills.
* Client-focused approach with high motivation.
* Industry knowledge and willingness to pursue professional qualifications (preferred).
