We are looking for an ambitious Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a passionate marketing professional with a deep understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement and storytelling.
Role Overview
The Social Media Content Creator & Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media strategies while managing client relationships. You will be the go-to expert on social media best practices, crafting compelling content and ensuring brand messaging resonates with target audiences across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
* Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
* Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms, including static visuals, video, and copy.
* Utilise storytelling techniques to bring brands to life and engage audiences effectively.
* Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep clients ahead of the curve.
* Use data analytics to assess performance, optimise content, and deliver measurable results.
* Implement growth tactics, including audience engagement strategies and influencer collaborations.
* Experiment with new formats, interactive content, and innovative marketing techniques to drive engagement.
Client Relations & Account Management
* Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
* Translate client goals into actionable social media strategies and creative campaigns.
* Provide insightful reporting, demonstrating the impact of social media activities on client objectives.
* Work closely with Idenna’s other creative teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
* Identify new opportunities for clients to expand their social media presence and enhance brand authority, staying up to date on themes and emerging trends.
* Proactively manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in social media strategy, content creation, and execution.
* Strong understanding of organic and paid social media, platform algorithms, and audience behaviours.
* Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand messaging.
* Proficiency in content creation tools and social platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta, and other scheduling platforms.
* Ability to analyse social media insights and use data to refine strategy and content performance.
* Track record of successfully managing multiple clients or projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategic thinker who understands how to align content with business goals.
* Strong communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and strategies to clients.
Desirable Skills
* Experience with paid social advertising and campaign optimisation.
* Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
* Passion for emerging social media platforms and trends.
* Prior experience working in an agency or digital marketing environment.
