We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a highly regarded investment company based in North West London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and professional team, working alongside another experienced PA in a fast-paced environment.Candidates applying must have experience in an accountancy practice or professional services firm in order to be considered for this opportunity.Key Responsibilities: Extensive and complex diary management, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and appointments. Inbox management - prioritising, responding and flagging key communications. Organising meetings, international travel arrangements and logistics. Acting as a key point of liaison for clients, ensuring smooth communication. Billing administration - tracking hours for client invoicing. Expense management - keeping financial records up to date. Handling personal tasks on behalf of the MD. Working as part of a team-oriented environment.Key Skills: Proven PA/EA experience in an accountancy practice or professional services firm - essential. Fast and accurate typing speeds. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Proactive, self-motivated, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
