In this role of People Apprentice, you’ll be assisting the People department (aka Human Resources or HR department in other organisations). You’ll be acting as the first point of call. You’ll be working on the recruitment process, dealing with enquiries and be the first to interact with new colleagues. You’ll provide a welcoming and professional experience for all who engage with us.

Entry Requirements:
* Grade 4 (equivalent to grade C or L2) or above in English and Maths
* You must not have completed a university degree or equivalent level qualification in the same subject.
This role is due to start from May 2025 and is for 30 hours per week (Monday – Friday). This includes dedicated time to attend college meetings and study time which may take place offsite. This Apprenticeship is mainly self-directed – it will be a combination of self-study and online learning. You will be assigned a dedicated personal tutor.
