We are currently undergoing an exciting period of transformation and are looking for a Payroll Officer to join our dynamic corporate services team. As part of Project Connect, you'll help us implement a new integrated system that will streamline our People, Finance, and Payroll processes, creating a seamless experience for all users.
About role:
As the Payroll Officer, you will oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments, adjustments, and deductions for all staff. You will maintain compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies, while collaborating with the Finance and HR teams to seamlessly integrate payroll into the new Project Connect system.
In this role, you will play a key part in testing and optimizing the system, resolving payroll queries, and preparing detailed payroll reports to support financial planning and audits. Your role will be central to improving payroll efficiency and ensuring a smooth payroll experience for all employees.

Key Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a payroll role
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and related legislation
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with the Finance and HR teams
Problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
