We currently have a position for a Site Operations Manager in our Kingswinford facility, this is a permanent role working 40hrs per week
Role Highlights:
The Site Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of daily operations at our Kingswinford facility. This includes ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, while managing staff, budgets, and compliance with company policies. The role requires strategic leadership, problem-solving skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, positive individual with the ability to inspire a team, optimise processes for maximum efficiency and productivity, and implement new systems and procedures to support continued growth. You will manage all warehouse and logistics activities, handling an annual throughput of over 6 million litres / £20m. The role also involves leading and developing the warehouse and logistics team, ensuring accountability at all levels to meet business objectives and personal targets

What we're looking for:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Proven ability to lead, inspire and manage teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate
* A strong desire to drive and implement change, with a willingness to challenge the status quo
* Knowledge of quality principles, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement
* IOSH/NEBOSH certificate (desirable)
* Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (desirable)
* A formal Leadership and Management qualification (desirable)
* National CPC (desirable)
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of health and safety standards and practices.
* Experience of conducting appraisals / performance management
