I am working on an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded Warwickshire based firm. This is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the top firms in the region, and take on significant responsibility within the growing department.
We are looking for an experienced, organised and highly motivated individual to join the busy team and act on behalf of household names on a range of matters:
1. Settlement agreements
2. Redundancy
3. Business re-organisations
4. Unfair dismissal claims
5. Equality and discrimination claims
6. Absence Management
7. Restrictive covenants
8. Contracts, policies, and handbooks
This role will suit an experienced solicitor that is looking for an opportunity to continue their own development, work with some of the most experienced solicitors in the region, and take on supervisory and leadership responsibilities in the near future.
Salary: £48,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
