We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated professional who will be responsible for driving Stryker’s Joint Replacement and Robotics business in the Sussex area. You will be trained and certified to support the Mako Smart Robotics programme and this technical expertise will provide an advantage when selling all of Stryker’s products and services. Key Responsibilities
1. Developing an effective territory sales strategy to drive growth.
2. Delivering annual sales targets as well as other key performance objectives.
3. Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and Clinical/Technical support in the operation of the company's robotic arm applications, associated equipment and instruments to insure ideal placement and precision.
4. Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the company's RIO/ Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System, assists surgeon in preoperative implant planning, implant sizing and positioning.
5. Building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS & private medical sector; these include, consultants, theatre managers, nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals.
6. Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff.
7. Providing in theatre product support for manual & robotic cases.
8. Working effectively as a part of a team.
9. Attending and participating in key professional congresses and events.
10. Maintaining and acquiring new product, technology, market knowledge.
11. Working with colleagues from other Stryker divisions to win market share for the Corporation.

17. Excellent communication and presentation skills

19. 2+ years successful sales experience in Joint Replacement, medical devices or healthcare industry preferred
20. Working knowledge of the NHS, selling in a theatre environment or experience in Medical Devices, would be an advantage
