To respond compassionately and with empathy to distressing or emotional issues which may be encountered during cocreation. To work alongside clinical services and the VCS to identify and support service users, carersand families to get involved in the trust across a range of cocreation activities. To provideemotional support and practical training to facilitate cocreation. To be innovative and creative in approach to ensure cocreation is accessible to all serviceusers and carers. Have an appreciation of the social factors of ill mental health and the compounding effectsof health inequalities, including social exclusion from mainstream activities, discrimination, stigma etc, which contribute to extraordinary physical ill health.
