Job Description The role is to work within the Location Strategy Project to the development of the workplace strategy for both Leeds and London offices. This is a great opportunity to play a pivotal role within a high-profile project for the Bank and would suit someone who has experience of working in a friendly yet highly professional environment. The role will be working with the wider LSP team, the workplace team and engagement across the Bank. The role will have the following roles and responsibilities - Delivering projects, workstreams and activities for workplace; with a focus on analytical development and ensuring delivery of the associated change initiatives. Leads the day to day work on planning and co-ordinating of the stakeholder engagement activities to inform the design of the workplace strategy, including focus groups, senior leadership interviews, colleague surveys and development of workplace personas. Development of reports and recommendations from the data analysis produced; enabling Data analysis to help establish our key performance indicators in order to monitor progress. Establishing strong working level relationships with business area COOs across the Bank to co-ordinate and support implementation of the new workplace strategy. Collaborating with colleagues in other Central Services teams (People, Central Operations, Technology) to drive the change initiatives for the workplace changes and support the cultural and behavioural changes required to help embed our new workplace strategy. Creating materials to support the communications plan to keep colleagues informed and engaged throughout the change process, with audiences ranging from local business areas, new joiners and Bank-wide communications. Consistently applying governance processes, while producing materials to support more formal governance updates to senior stakeholders. Engaging with stakeholders and facilitating their understanding, acceptance, and adoption of new solutions, processes, systems, and technologies Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders across the directorate, function, or business area, as well as the wider organisation, to ensure collaboration. Number of direct reports: no current direct reports Role Requirements: Essential Criteria Previous experience of delivering workplace change into an organisation. Substantial experience of analysing and managing data to inform decision making and support a change initiative. Ability to anticipate risks and spot opportunities. Uses multiple and diverse sources to inform views. Knowledge of, or a keen interest, in learning more about change management initiatives and best practices. Strong awareness of latest commercial and/or technical developments in own area and communication skills to influence others. Skilled communicator to distil complex information to a range of audiences in a simplified manner and influence others to gain support of change initiatives. Can develop capability in the team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and communication of shared plans and objectives. Drives and delivers own pieces of work with minimal oversight from manager. Ability to develop reports and recommendations from the data analysis produced; enabling data analysis to help establish our key performance indicators in order to monitor progress. Experience of building a network of internal and external contacts and using it effectively. A good understanding of the Bank's objectives and obligations in relation to the work of own and closely related functions. Salary and Benefits Information We encourage flexible working, part time working and job share arrangements. Part time salary and benefits will be on a pro-rated basis as appropriate. The salary on offer is: London ranging from £54,080 to £60,840 Leeds ranging from £48,640 to £54,720 In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below: Currently a non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/95th of your annual salary for every year worked. There is the option to increase your pension (to 1/50th) or decrease (to 1/120th) in exchange for salary through our flexible benefits programme each year.
