Johnsons Asset 360 is a forward-thinking asset management, relocation and storage company dedicated to providing comprehensive solutions for our clients. Our innovative approach and commitment to excellence have made us a leader in the industry. We are now seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team in Croydon.
THE ROLE:
While we have a hybrid approach to work, this role will be based at our Office in Croydon. You will be responsible for supporting the Asset 360 team in the delivery and coordination of all marketing activities. We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Executive to spearhead these efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content writing, web copywriting, and LinkedIn marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth.
We are evolving our marketing collateral and making significant improvements to our online branding to emphasize the amazing work we do, so if you are a team player, with an ability to work independently, there is opportunity for growth as the role and the business unit develops.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU:
You will have experience in a marketing role, be confident in understanding the current market and the importance of digital branding. We are not looking for someone that’s been there and done it all, but we do want to see that bright spark that tells us you are looking for the opportunity to shine and that you recognize what a fantastic opportunity this is.
This is a brand new role so we will need you to take the initiative and be confident in your abilities to research, learn and execute intelligently. Whilst your qualifications and experience are important, being comfortable that you are that “right” person is key for us.
Ideally you will have experience in:
1. Content Writing: Creating compelling, high-quality content for various platforms including blogs, articles, newsletters, and social media.
2. Marketing Campaigns: Prepare, plan, and deliver various marketing campaigns.
3. Web Copywriting: Develop engaging and SEO-optimised copy for our website, landing pages and other digital assets.
4. Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence by creating and sharing relevant content, engaging with our audience, and leveraging LinkedIn’s tools to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
5. Market Research: Conducting market research to identify relevant trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategy.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analysing marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
7. Work closely with the sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
