Marketplace & Deal Site Account Manager Keplin Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace & Deal Site Account Manager to oversee and optimize product listings across multiple eCommerce platforms, including eBay, B&Q, OnBuy, Shopify, and more. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire process—from creating and managing listings to ensuring synchronisation across all channels while adhering to platform policies. If you're passionate about driving growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a strong background in eCommerce management, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities: Product Listings Management: Create, upload, and manage product listings across platforms such as eBay, B&Q, OnBuy, Shopify, TikTok and more. Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and fully optimized for visibility, including competitive pricing, clear descriptions, and high-quality images. Regularly monitor listings for compliance with platform-specific guidelines, ensuring they meet branding, policy, and SEO standards. Platform Synchronisation: Ensure synchronisation of product listings, inventory levels, and order fulfillment across all eCommerce platforms using relevant tools and software. Update listings to reflect changes in stock, pricing, or product specifications in a timely manner. Policy Compliance: Monitor and respond to any marketplace policy violations, ensuring compliance to avoid account penalties or suspension. Consistently meet performance metrics such as order processing times, return management, and maintaining positive customer feedback across all platforms. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse platform performance metrics, including sales, click-through rates, and customer feedback, making necessary adjustments to optimise account performance. Identify opportunities for promotions, deals, and featured listings to increase visibility and sales. Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Efficiently resolve listing errors, customer inquiries, and disputes to maintain positive seller ratings across all platforms. Manage claims, returns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner to uphold customer satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with marketplace trends, policy updates, and eCommerce best practices. Proactively implement strategies to improve account performance, drive sales growth, and enhance product visibility. Shopify Admin: Oversee Shopify backend tasks such as adding blogs, updating product listings, managing price changes, and ensuring accurate product tags for correct categorisation. Ensure SKU mapping, COGS (cost of goods sold), and shipping costs are regularly updated and synchronised on the Shopify Sellerboard. Manage and review platforms across all channels and maintain positive customer feedback through active engagement and timely issue resolution. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience managing eCommerce accounts on platforms like eBay, B&Q, OnBuy, or Shopify. Familiarity with multi-channel listing tools and inventory/order management software. Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple listings and platforms simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve performance. Basic experience in managing Shopify operations. Ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently, maintaining positive customer relations. Technical Requirements: Proficient in eCommerce listing and inventory management tools.
