Role Snapshot… Wymondham Leisure Centre boasts a 100 station gym, extensive exercise class programme, thriving Swim School and much more. As Centre Manager you will be responsible for maintaining our standards of health and safety and customer satisfaction whilst developing the site to further optimise usage.

Wymondham Leisure Centre was the first of the five sites owned by the Council to undergo an extensive refurbishment programme in 2016. Since then the Council has continued to invest in the site to ensure that the offer remains competitive within the local market. You will be working with an experienced leisure team to further the successes of South Norfolk Leisure and provide the best customer experience for over 5000 regular users.

What you’ll be doing…
1. To oversee the smooth operation of Wymondham Leisure Centre (WLC) and coordinate a multi-skilled team to deliver high-quality leisure activities in-keeping with the South Norfolk Leisure brand.
2. The post requires an innovative approach to facility management to ensure that centre usage is optimised whilst the highest standards of health and safety are maintained.
3. To effectively manage income and expenditure at WLC to meet budget targets and assist the Leisure Senior Operations Manager in achieving service operational cost neutrality.
You must have…
* Level 3 Leisure Management qualification or equivalent
* Institution of Occupational Safety and Health qualification
* First Aid at Work qualification
* Pool Plant Operators qualification
* RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
* RLSS National Pool Management Qualification
* Level 2 Legionella Management
