Cooper House is an 80-bed residential and nursing home, specialising in dementia care.
As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will be responsible for the care of our service users. Our Cooper House care home is located in Bradford, and you will be looking after service users living with dementia. You will be at the forefront of providing a first-class service where you make a difference to everyone you support. The role will include undertaking and managing direct patient care, actively participating in the assessment, planning, and evaluation of medical, physical, and social care needs. You will be supportive and passionate about patient safety, clinical excellence, and person-centred care, working as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team to meet the individual nursing and residential care needs of residents.
All nurses who work in our Older People Services receive a paid 15-minute handover following a 12-hour shift.
As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN), you will:
* Hold a current NMC pin number and be RGN/RMN qualified
* Administer medication safely
* Create and update individualised care plans and documentation
* Deliver hands-on nursing care to ensure the well-being and health of our residents
* Have an excellent understanding of the standards set by CQC
