What You Will Be Doing: Understanding the service required at all sites in the area of responsibility including manned guarding, systems security (CCTV, access control etc.), and reception. Liaising and meeting with clients and key contacts on a regular basis to review contract performance and ensure quality standards are maintained in line with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Conducting regular site visits to inspect and support service delivery and ensure Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments, and Task Schedules, are current, understood, and being observed. Preparing for, attending, and contributing to high level internal Company meetings and ensure complimentary tasking and coordinating at a regional level. Leading managing and motivating staff and conducting goal setting, performance review, performance management, mentoring and coaching as appropriate. Overseeing and participating in the recruitment and selection of management and staff and assure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Carrying out disciplinary procedures as required and within Company policy. Having a full appreciation of all aspect of budget setting, cost control and P&L for the region, and direct responsibility in their setting, delivery and achieving. Ensuring effective management of time sheets and liaise with Finance Department on relevant aspects of invoicing. Controlling purchase orders and expenses prior to sending to the Regional Director. Overseeing effective management of rotas, holidays, and sickness absences to ensure appropriate cover of shifts, maintenance of service levels, and budgetary efficiency. Championing health and safety and quality policies and ensuring proactive compliance. Ensuring company policies regarding escalation and instant service recovery are delivered. Identifying areas for additional business with existing customers and new business opportunities and work with Business Development to progress these. Ensuring effective use of Rotaguard and other IT systems. What We Need From You: Attention to detail with high levels of accuracy. Self-motivated.
