HR Immigration and Compliance Coordinator
£28, - £31, per annum
Full time; 37 hours per week
Fixed term contract for 12 months
About the Role
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an Immigration & Compliance Coordinator to join our HR Employee Immigration team. This role is crucial in ensuring our compliance with UKVI regulations and supporting the immigration needs of our international staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a Level 1 user on the Home Office’s Sponsor Management System (SMS) and support all immigration compliance activities.
2. Oversee the preparation and management of Certificates of Sponsorship for university staff.
3. Maintain accurate visa packs and address compliance-related queries promptly and professionally.
4. Deliver training sessions and provide specialist advice on immigration matters, including sponsorship options and visa routes like the Global Talent Visa.
5. Assist the Senior Immigration & Compliance Advisor in reviewing compliance policies, ensuring alignment with the latest Home Office guidance, and preparing for audits.

You'll be detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about supporting international staff. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will be key to providing high-quality support in this fast-paced role.
