Darlington Borough Council is looking to recruit a permanent HR Officer to join our team. Our HR team are forward thinking and are committed to delivering our HR initiatives, making real changes for our colleagues throughout the Council. andnbsp;
As HR Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries. You will provide generalist HR support to employees and managers, advising on policy, best practices, and legislation.andnbsp;The HR Officer will be an integral part of the HR team, leading the support team to assist HR advisors in all aspects of administration from organising training sessions to preparing hearing packs for casework. There will also be opportunities to contribute to HR projects, wellbeing initiatives and policy development.andnbsp;
The role would suit a self motivated, proactive and enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills and a drive to deliver excellent service to our colleagues.andnbsp;
