Customer Service Team Member
We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at Ocado Logistics.
You will be responsible for delivering top-quality products on time and in an efficient manner, while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver products to customers in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve delivery targets
Requirements:
* Full UK or EU driving licence
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience
* Maximum of 6 penalty points
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
* Over 18 years old
* Good communication skills

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, including paid breaks. You will work any 5 days out of 7, with shifts starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as 12:00 midnight. Your shift rota will be provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure:
The position is weekly paid, with payment every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
