We are looking for a cafe manager who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a business, ensuring that the team is motivated and well-coordinated, and that guests have a great experience in our cafe. The candidate should have one year of experience in the industry. The role includes the following duties:
1. Performing all the planning and organizing of special functions for local schools and regular tours.
2. Creating sales and operating budgets.
3. Ordering stock and pricing with our regular suppliers.
4. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
5. Understanding and managing seating and timings in the venue with multiple table turns to provide great customer service.
6. Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and of suitable appearance.
7. Determining staffing needs and organizing recruitment and training of staff.
8. Setting rosters.
9. Leadership and supervision of waiting and kitchen staff.
10. Working with FOH staff, kitchen staff, cooks, and chefs.
