Science is a popular and successful subject in which students achieve well. At KS4 students follow either the Trilogy (Combined) or Triple Science pathway and at KS5 we currently offer Biology, Physics and Chemistry A-Level alongside Forensics. There are 6 members of the department, and no particular science subject specialism is sought. As a school we achieve above national outcomes at KS4 (P80.48) and currently have an ALPs score of a 2. We are a highly successful and increasingly popular oversubscribed 11-18 comprehensive school of 670 students, situated in the picturesque village location of Kinver on the western fringe of the West Midlands.
