SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
To support the successful operation of the Finished Goods Warehouse, an exciting vacancy has become available in the role of Warehouse Co-ordinator. The position will be on a day shift, working in the warehouse office and will report to the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Co-ordinator will prepare workload for the Finished Goods Warehouse team by coordinating orders from the point of picklist creation until the load leaves site, ensuring that all loads leave site in a safe and timely manner whilst meeting all relevant legislation. The Warehouse Co-ordinator is also responsible for the coordination of shop orders for MCI tinting.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with transport companies, provide required information on loads due for dispatch including entering information into transport companies’ electronic systems.
* Organise the collection of returns with transport companies.
* Ensure legal requirements around ADR and the production of dangerous goods notes are followed for all loads dispatched from the Flixborough warehouse.
* Prepare picklists, transport labels and transport tasks for warehouse operators.
* Prepare daily shop orders for MCI.
* Support RMWH with administrative duties.
* Support continuous improvement in the department.
